This machine adopts a mature mechanical cam 4-station structure, paired with high-speed servo motors for rewinding. It positions accurately, speeds up, and stops quickly. It can make 30 rolls per minute for 5m aluminum foil rolls.

It uses Mitsubishi servo motors, a PLC and control system, an Omron length counter, a Siemens touch panel, Airtac pneumatic parts from Taiwan, and other high-quality components. These parts keep the machine running steadily with less maintenance work.
To boost stability and extend service life, the machine also comes with a large magnetic powder brake plus a heat dissipation unit, and NSK high-precision bearings for multi-layer protection.
Ⅲ. Stable tension, no deformed or loose rolls
Aluminum foil is thin and soft. If the machine tension is not well controlled, the foil will stretch, wrinkle, or turn loose. This causes material waste and bad finished rolls.
This machine uses Mitsubishi servo motors plus a full auto tension control system. The unwinding side uses a magnetic powder brake for roll-diameter-based auto tension control. The rewinding side relies on servo motors for automatic tension adjustment. Both sides work and adjust in real time to stop foil breakage and loose rolls. The finished rolls have a smooth surface and tight winding.
Ⅳ. Real-time monitoring & photoelectric sensors, fast response and stable running
The system shows foil cutting length and line speed in real time. Workers can set and change parameters on the panel easily, so there are no more counting mistakes by hand.
The machine also has multiple photoelectric detection modules. It can check for broken foil, missing paper cores, and stuck rollers. It automatically finds faults, so you spend less time troubleshooting and keep production on track with good quality.
