1. Automatic Feeder (Conveying & Web Guiding)
The automatic feeder handles unwinding, material conveying, and web correction. It accommodates material widths ranging from 800mm to 1600mm and supports various material sizes with simple and fast installation.
Designed referencing advanced Italian structures, it adopts an upgraded double-roll oil feeding system to precisely control the spraying area and dosage of stamping oil. Compared with conventional machines, it greatly reduces consumable waste and achieves remarkable energy-saving performance.
Besides, the design with independently driven dual-motor heads fundamentally solves problems such as jamming, slipping, and material deviation during substrate conveying. It significantly improves feeding accuracy and stabilizes the finished product pass rate.
2. High-speed Pneumatic Punch Press (Precise Stamping & Forming)
Our aluminum foil tray forming machine adopts high-performance high-speed pneumatic punch presses (brand: Worthing or Yangli), with a service life of over 50 years, far exceeding generic machine tools.
Available tonnage options include 45T, 63T, 80T, 130T, and 200T to fully satisfy diversified client requirements.
The 200T aluminum foil tray forming model is equipped with a Siemens PLC, brand-name frequency converters, and other premium electrical components. It runs at a high speed of 40–68 pieces per minute. The maximum forming depth reaches 140 mm, and the maximum raw material width is 1600 mm. With a 1000×1650 mm worktable, it features superior stability and durability compared to traditional machines, capable of continuous high-frequency and heavy-load operation.
Custom mold service is available, including single-cavity, multi-cavity, various shapes, and personalized logo embossing. With a well-engineered structure, it achieves nearly zero defective products.
3. Automatic Stacker (Neat Product Stacking)
The automatic stacker neatly stacks stamped finished trays automatically. No manual picking is required, and it can directly connect to subsequent packaging procedures, reducing repetitive labor, raising efficiency, and improving profit margins.
It can be flexibly configured to match enterprise capacity needs, with single-track, dual-track, and multi-track options.
4. Scrap Baler (Scrap Recycling & Handling)
The scrap baler collects edge scraps generated during production in real time and compresses them into bales. It keeps the workshop tidy and facilitates material recycling, greatly lowering storage and transportation costs.
