This machine automatically finishes carton forming, opening, product loading, and carton sealing. A hot melt glue sealing system is optional for different packaging requirements.
Controlled by a PLC, it uses photoelectric sensors to monitor every movement during operation. The machine will stop automatically once an abnormality occurs, showing the alarm reason for quick troubleshooting.
The main frame is fitted with a main drive motor and clutch brake. Torque overload protectors are installed on each transmission part. When overload happens, the system disconnects the main drive to protect the whole machine from damage.
An intelligent detection system is standard. It won’t feed empty cartons without materials. Empty boxes will be rejected at the outlet, so your finished products keep consistent quality.
You can run this cartoner as a standalone unit, or link it with aluminum foil rewinders and other upstream machines to build a fully automatic production line.
