Qatar local head food packaging production enterprises completed upgrade of the production line, HAFA-950 high-speed automatic rewinding machine, officially eliminated the Italy, Turkey old equipment, to achieve full upgrade of capacity, efficiency and automation.
The customer is Qatar’s leading food packaging consumable manufacturer, the main products of aluminum foil roll, silicone oil paper, plastic wrap and other products. The old production line are all European and Turkish equipment imported six years ago, and the short plate after long-term use is protruding:
- The other two Turkish equipment is semi-automatic special machine type, can only roll plastic film, silicone oil paper alone, equipment dispersion, low utilization rate.
- Slow speed, limited capacity, low running speed of old equipment, limited production efficiency, unable to meet the growing demand for orders.
- Large manual dependence, high cost and multiple semi-automatic equipment require a lot of manual operation, high human cost and low production efficiency, which has become the biggest bottleneck of enterprise production expansion.
In order to completely upgrade the production line, customers globally screen high-performance equipment, core requirements for high speed, automatic, and all-purpose three kinds of materials.
Our HAFA-950 rewinding machine adopts the Italian core technology, supports the aluminum foil, silicone oil paper, plastic wrap three kinds of composite rolls, the maximum speed can reach 500 meters/minute, the production capacity is far more than the traditional imported equipment.
In order to verify the authenticity of the equipment, the customer has successively visited the domestic cooperative factory and visited the Saudi demonstration base, witnessed the stable and high-speed mass production performance of the equipment, and finally fully recognized the quality and stability of the equipment, and directly established two whole machines.
